You will:

  • Develop NLU models by determining intents and entities in customer data

  • Create training pipelines for automated model re-training

  • Coordinate with Engineering and other teams to deploy models in production

  • Work with Product Management to identify opportunities to expand the company’s offerings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, AL/Machine Learning, Applied Mathematics, related field (MS or PhD a plus)

  • 5+ years working with Python or R

  • 3+ years developing NLP and/or NLU models

  • Startup experience a plus
